Pico de Gallo sauce!

Serves 2
Cooking time: about 10 min
Ingredients:
* 1 large avocado
* 2 tomatoes
* 1/2 lime juice
* 1/4 cup of onion finely chopped
* 1/2 cup of fresh chopped coriander (optional)
* 1 small fresh Jalapeño chili (optional)
* Sea salt to taste
Procedure:
Add the onion to a bowl and cover it with the lime juice and a pinch of sea salt and let them rest for at least 5 min.
Chop the tomatoes, cut the avocado in squares, chop the coriander and add to the bowl
Cut in half the jalapeño chili, remove the seeds and finely chop. Add to the rest of the ingredients
Stir gently to combine and serve!
Serving recommendations:
* As a side to most Mexican dishes or BBQ meat
* Can be served with corn chips
