Burek & baklavas by Alexander's Bakery!

The Foodiespage team love every opportunity we have to try, taste and discover different flavours, new ingredients and good food.

Alexander's Bakery has a stand located in Westfield Miranda.

We order some of their Burek (meat and cheese). In case you are not familiar with this dish, Burek is a traditional mediterranean baked pastry made of thin bread dough, usually filled with meat, vegetables, cheese or fruit.

We really enjoyed the savoury flavour of the meat, and also the cheese was really tasty.

For dessert we had pistachio and chocolate with hazelnuts baklavas. Both were lovely, juicy, crispy and delicious.

Alexander's bakery specialises in Burek since 1998, selling fresh daily made Burek and baked bread.
